To approximate to an answer to this question, We'll go to the roadmap that describe what you need to start as a content creator.  Becoming one will depend on how well you follow the steps and what improvement you add on the road.

Step 1: Understand the Target Audience

It's a waste of time and money to create content that doesn't resonate with your audience or the audience of the brand you're working for. Before you begin any new project, make sure you have a fundamental understanding of your target audience. You need answers to questions like: How old are they? What gender are they? Where do they live, work, and socialize? What do they do in their spare time? What other brands do they like and shop with? What digital platforms are they on/where do they spend their time online? or  What do they care most about?

Step 2: Find Your self before  influencing others

You need to find your own Voice and Style, There are a lot of other content providers out there, but you're the only one! There are a lot of ways to stand out in a crowd, so figuring out what makes you different in your sector or interest area can help you establish an engaged following on the channel of your choice. It also aids brands in determining whether you're the proper creator to collaborate with. They want to make sure your aesthetic, values, mission, and target audience are compatible with theirs and the product or service they're promoting.

Step 3: Be Social and Show Up

Everything start Be Social and Show Up. Who you know matters a lot in the realm of content development. The greatest strategies to continually increase your own following are to be active on social media, network with other creators and brand representatives, and show up for your own audience. You don't have to spend every waking moment online, but you should aim to post on your favorite channels at least twice a week. Your followers will begin to recognize your publishing schedule and expect information on specific days, which will help you build interaction with them. Connecting with others will also provide you with useful information, whether it's fresh content ideas or methods to aid others in your community.

Step 4: Benchmark From the Pros

There are some fantastic creators out there, and they're the finest in their fields for a reason. Learning from the pros will allow you to learn what works effectively on the platforms you want to focus on and how to successfully grow an engaged audience. It's also a good idea to see how they handle a crisis, especially if you plan to work in businesses that deal with contentious or tough themes. Take note of how their fans react in the comments section, as well as what the author does to resolve any difficulties.

Step 5: Practice and Continue Learning  Every Day

There's a reason why they say perfect practice makes perfect! You may not feel inspired to produce something new every day, but honing your writing, photography, graphic design, and videography talents will put you in a strong position when it comes time to apply for content creator employment or start your own business.

Take online classes to refresh skills you haven't used in a while or to learn something new that will help you enhance your resume. This can be a terrific way to stand out in the online world as you carve out your niche, especially if you can accomplish something that only a few others can do well, if at all.

In summary, follow this steps and improve from what you learn, and you will become a content writer.
