How YouTube Creator Awards work?

 How YouTube Awards work?

A rather flat trophy in a metal casing with a YouTube play button emblem is granted to a YouTube channel that accomplishes a specified milestone and is declared suitable for a YouTube Creator Reward. The prizes come in a variety of sizes, with each button and plaque getting bigger as the channel's subscriber count rises. VidCon 2012 debuted the Gold Creator Award, which was followed by the Silver Creator Award in 2013 and the Diamond Creator Award in 2015. The Society Awards, based in New York, are responsible for the Creator Awards.

YouTube had three more benefit tiers prior to March 2021. These aren't eligible for Creator Rewards, but they do come with a few advantages:

Graphite was designed for channels with a subscriber count of 1 to 999. Channels with 100 or more subscribers are eligible for a personalized URL. YouTube.com/c/YouTubeMusic, for example, can be shortened to YouTube.com/YouTubeMusic.

Opal was designed for channels with a subscriber base of 1,000 to 9,999. The YouTube Partner Program demands a minimum of 4,000 total viewer watch hours in the previous 12 months, as well as a human examination of the channel's content to confirm compliance with the program rules.

Bronze was reserved for channels with a subscriber base of 10,000 to 99,999. The YouTube NextUp program is only open to channels who meet these and other program requirements. The minimal subscriber count for a Spreadshop or Teespring goods shelf is also at this level.

There are three regular Creator Award tiers, as well as a fourth and fifth that have been given out a few times:

Silver Creator Award

Awarded to channels with 100,000 or more subscribers. Nickel-plated cupronickel alloy was used in the previous generation. The new form is 92 percent nickel, 5% carbon, and 2.5 percent zinc, with traces of additional metals (as of March 1, 2017). The Silver Play Button's design was changed in March 2018 from a metal button enclosed within a window box with the channel's name printed on the front glass pane to a cleaner-looking flat metal plaque award with the channel's name embossed on it. At this level, channels can also apply for a digital verification badge.

Gold Creator Award

Awarded to channels with a million or more subscribers. It's made of brass that's been gold-plated. The Gold Play Button's design was changed in March 2018 from a metal button enclosed within a window box with the channel's name printed on the front glass pane to a cleaner-looking flat metal plaque award with the channel's name embossed on it.

Diamond Creator Award

Awarded to channels with ten million or more subscribers. It's constructed of silver-plated metal with a huge triangle-shaped chunk of colorless crystal in the shape of a play button. When the award was first announced at VidCon 2015, 35 channels were eligible. There are 968 channels with 10 million or more subscribers as of November 8, 2021.

Custom Creator Award

Awarded to channels with 50 million or more subscribers. It isn't listed on the page for the Creators Award. Because he received a ruby-colored award in the shape of his channel's logo, PewDiePie dubbed it the Ruby Creator Award. However, the color of the prize varies per creator: T-Series received a colorless trophy, whilst Blackpink received a black award on top of a pink base. Custom Creator Awards have been offered to the public by channels with a dagger (dagger) emblem.
