Many online merchants take use of a trend or sell supplementary items for a popular product; others take advantage of a trend or sell ancillary things for a popular product.

Take, for example, the COVID-19 epidemic. Certain product categories are soaring in popularity as more people work from home and are concerned about their health. "Right present, medical items and loungewear are particularly trendy". "We're seeing an increase in convenience goods and those that help consumers feel at ease at home."

Housewares, particularly décor products, gym gear and equipment, and supplies for home remodeling, are also high demand goods. Online markets are flexibles, you might not be allowed to sell wood, but you might be able to sell supplies for DIY projects.
